MILLWORK PROCESS
FRONT OFFICE
When our customers work with us, they know what they are getting and when they will get it. We provide estimates, project management, design assistance, and shop drawings.
SHOP FLOOR
Our technology and equipment help to provide a team capable of custom craftsmanship or large-scale machining, assembly, and finishing.
AUTOMATION
We aim to provide competitive pricing and consistently excellent products, on-time every time, no matter the scale of your project.
INSTALLATION
Our team handles installation where possible or as special projects require. We also have great relationships with other installation teams.

Brian Vlaming
CEO
Brian established LTR Industries in 1980 and has been at the helm of our successful millwork shop ever since. A licensed carpenter and cabinetmaker, Brian’s role in the business remains very active, from estimating on projects, to winning the bid, to assisting in project management through to completion. Brian’s projects have led to the supply and installation of millions of dollars in millwork, with his wisdom and industry knowledge allowing for seamless execution every time.
Brad Vlaming
Operations Manager
Brad has spent his life in millwork, developing his hands-on skills over the years and building expertise in every aspect of the industry. Brad’s experience extends to each part of the millwork process, from shipping and receiving, to design concepts, to manufacturing standards, to custom pieces, right through to project management and installation. Brad’s exceptional work has built lifelong relationships with our clients, as he takes every step to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the finished product.
Dave Kwapisz
General Manager
Dave has been a general manager in the manufacturing industry since 2011 and joined the LTR team in 2023. Dave leads LTR’s mission to become the best custom commercial millwork company in Ontario, with a focus on developing long-term sustainable growth for the organization. Outside of work hours, you’ll find Dave with his family, doing something active, cheering on his hometown Senators, or enjoying a good board game.
